"It’s all about the kids, and meeting some of them and hearing their stories was the best part of the evening. Telling, for us, was the way they interacted with all of the staff. They were comfortable. They were engaged. They were respectful. And yet still, they were kids. There seems to be some sort of magic in your building. It is so obvious that staff has brought out the very best in those kids. And this is no easy task."
