Summer 2024 and SY24-25 Program Registration will begin on Monday, March 4th. Complete your Summer or SY24-25 application by April 30th and your application fee will be FREE!

Follow the instructions below to get started. Membership is limited and is first-come, first-served. We hope to welcome you to the BGC Family soon!

Please Note: The first step in the enrollment process is to fill out our general membership application. If you have not yet completed a membership application, click here

All elementary caregivers will be emailed a link to complete a Membership Fee Determination form after completing an applicationThe Membership Fee Determination form helps our team determine if you qualify for a scholarship for a FREE program, or for reduced fees.  If caregivers are determined that they qualify for CCAP, they will be asked to complete the CCAP application.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Visit the home page of your Parent Portal on MyClubHub HERE to browse Memberships & Registration. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly – all following communication will be sent via email. 

From here, you can see what Clubs & Programs are available for your child(ren). You will click through the steps to complete a Membership Application or Program Registration before being contacted by our Membership Team with next steps or a Start Date Confirmation. Membership Applications & Program Registrations are processed in the order they are received.

Visit bgcelgin.org/membershipfees for more information. Many families are eligible to participate for free!  There are additional FAQs for membership fees to answer more of your questions.

Varies by Club Location – All Elementary & High School Programs close at 6:00PM, Middle School Programs Close at 6:30PM, and the Schaumburg Teen Center closes at 8:00PM. Morning Elementary Programs offered at select locations beginning at 7:00AM. 

We currently provide services for youth kindergarten through 12th Beginning in SY24-25, we will offer a Preschool For All program at our South Elgin Clubhouse.

Yes, we provide snacks at all Club Locations. 

There is a designated time for Homework completion built into the daily Club schedule. Students are responsible for sharing with Club Staff what homework was assigned so that staff can provide guidance and support. 

We offer a variety of programs focused on three Core Areas: Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles. For a full list of our programs, CLICK HERE.

Elementary Memberships: None Provided 

Teen Memberships: Bus/Van Transportation Home in the evening is provided for eligible students (eligibility varies). 

Tentative, depending on the School Year Calendar. Registration to be announced if available. 

Yes, we regularly offer Summer Programs. Information is released annually in the Spring. 

During the School Year, all Club Members should bring their backpacks & any other supplies needed for school/ homework. During the Summer, all Club Members should make sure to bring a water bottle. The Club should provide all other supplies & materials needed for every activity! Students should leave electronics, candy/gum, toys, money, slime/putty, and other toys at home. The Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Any items left unattended will be deposited in lost and found at the end of the program day. 

Program capacities are set in conjunction with our school partners based on available program space, as well as staff availability.
